Ford Credit & GUX Design System
Introduction
I was part of a global team of creatives specializing in UX/UI Design. I was one of three ACDs managing the global effort, and I was responsible for many brand launches and all Ford Credit business.
The Problem
Previously, the Ford Credit work wasn't exactly known for being exciting, and the clients were adamant. I juggled working with many teams on this project. That workflow ripple effect was not only for North America but regions worldwide as well as our partnering agencies.

Working diligently week to week, I earned my client's trust. I am proud to say that I turned this account into something people wanted to work on after I left Team Detroit (TDI). In the end we:
The Outcome
One design, five regions, 120+ markets, fully responsive, and many late nights. For over 300 million people worldwide, Ford.com is the first impression of Ford, and I jumped at the chance to turn a piece of business everyone ignored into something I would own.
