I was assigned the task of designing and managing the entire Global Launch of the 2017 Ford Focus and Focus ST Reveal.
Similarly to the Ford Escape project, this vehicle launch was years before Ford made this vehicle. A more significant challenge of this project was personal -- by that, I mean I was traveling for two months doing back-to-back shoots for overlapping projects. All the while, I was communicating remotely with my teams and still managing direct reports.

The measurable impact on this project was interesting as we saw significant growth in user visiting times and a decrease in bounce rate on the homepage.
