Lincoln AFS
Overview:
I worked on the Lincoln AFS project, which aimed to create videos explaining how to manage Lincoln customers' accounts.
Challenges:
Ensuring that the digital experience matched the luxury branding of Lincoln while remaining functional and accessible.
Process & Solutions:
I worked with marketing and branding teams to establish a visual style. Then, I created storyboards in partnership with a vendor and provided creative direction for the video shoots to produce the video series. I oversaw all aspects of the visual storytelling, including location scouting, wardrobe selection, video editing, voiceover, and music selection.
Impact:
The project enhanced brand perception and increased user engagement, reflected in higher site traffic and customer inquiries.
