I led the design for this Cox Communications intranet project, enhancing the employee experience by engaging with the Cox employees, news, events, HR, and more.

Challenges:

Creating an experience that was both informative and engaging while handling a wide array of employee needs.

Process & Solutions:

I collaborated on user journeys and personas that identified key touchpoints leading to newly established UX and design features.

Impact:

The work resulted in higher employee engagement and improved service usage, validated by analytics post-launch. This project also won several awards, including the Microsoft Intranet of the Year award.
